I am looking for accommodation for the next few months. What measures are you taking to facilitate my booking?

The situation is constantly changing and unpredictable due to COVID-19. That’s why, when booking an apartment with us, you can now subscribe a cancellation & interruption of stay insurance, including Covid-19 coverage.

You can find more details here: https://www.parisattitude.com/tenant/cancellation-insurance.aspx

If France or your country of residence close its borders, or implement a lockdown, and you have to cancel your stay, Paris Attitude will reimburse your agency fees in the form of a credit note valid for 12 months..

What is the health situation in France?

There is no longer a curfew or confinement in France. All shops, leisure and cultural venues are open, events are authorized and travel is possible without limitation.

A health pass (fully vaccinated, negative test or attestation of recent recovery from Covid-19 ) is compulsory  for people over 12 years and 2 months in leisure and cultural venues with more than 50 people, as well as in cafés, restaurants, hospitals… It can also be asked for your long distance travel by plane, train and bus.

Find out more about how to obtain the health pass here: https://www.gouvernement.fr/en/coronavirus-covid-19

Can I enter France?

If you are vaccinated, you can travel to France with no restrictions linked to health conditions.

If you are not vaccinated, the conditions depend on your country of departure.

You can find the details on the French government website: https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en/coming-to-france/coronavirus-advice-for-foreign-nationals-in-france/#sommaire_1

Please note that we can also offer you to organize a remote visit by video, Whatsapp or Facetime, and that we also have more than 300 apartments which have a virtual tour on our website.

Is it possible to move now?

Yes, moves are authorized.
Our team will organize your check-in as well as the cleaning while respecting a strict sanitary protocol.

Can I work remotely in a Paris Attitude apartment?

Yes, our apartments are particularly suitable for remote working. They are fully equipped, wifi is always included as well as electricity and most have a desk.

Groupama home insurance, included in all of our leases, allows you to work from home in complete safety in your apartment.

I have an ongoing rental and wish to end it. How can I do this?

If you wish to leave the apartment before the end of your lease, you must send your landlord your leave by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Please note that, under French law, a leave sent by e-mail is not valid, but you can send your registered letter from the La Poste website.

You remain liable for your rent until the end of your notice period.

Do not hesitate to inform your Paris Attitude advisor at the same time of your wish to leave the apartment. He will be able to negotiate with the owner the acceptance of the notice by e-mail and the payment of the rent in proportion but the final decision remains with the owner of the accommodation.

If you have subscribed to cancellation and interruption of stay insurance, and you interrupt your stay for a justified reason, you will be able to benefit from a refund. You can find more details about the insurance here: https://www.parisattitude.com/tenant/cancellation-insurance.aspx

I have an upcoming reservation. How can I cancel it?

If you have to cancel your reservation up to 14 days before entering the premises, we will reimburse your agency fees in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months.

The rent deposit you paid belongs to the owner of the apartment you have booked. Your Paris Attitude advisor can contact him to negotiate the reimbursement of this deposit, but the final decision is his, in accordance with the rental contract.

If you have subscribed to cancellation and interruption of stay insurance, and you cancel your stay for a justified reason, you will be able to benefit from a refund. You can find more details about the insurance here:https://www.parisattitude.com/tenant/cancellation-insurance.aspx
