I am looking for accommodation for the next few months. What measures are you taking to facilitate my booking?
The situation is constantly changing and unpredictable due to COVID-19. That’s why we’ve changed our cancellation policy.
If you have to cancel your stay up to 14 days before entering the premises, we will reimburse your agency fees in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months.
The rent deposit you pay to secure your booking belongs to the owner of the apartment you rent. Before signing your lease, you can ask the owner to reimburse this deposit in case you have to cancel your stay. Your Paris Attitude advisor will take care of indicating this on the contract.
I have an ongoing rental and wish to end it. How can I do this ?
If you cancel the lease during the rental, you must inform the owner and your Paris Attitude advisor as soon as possible by email or phone.
The termination of the contract must respect the terms of the lease. Your Paris Attitude advisor can negotiate with the owner the acceptance of the notice by email and a pro rata payment of the rent , but the final decision is up to the owner of the accommodation.
I have an upcoming reservation. How can I cancel it?
If you have to cancel your reservation up to 14 days before entering the premises, we will reimburse your agency fees in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months.
The rent deposit you paid belongs to the owner of the apartment you have booked. Your Paris Attitude advisor can contact him to negotiate the reimbursement of this deposit, but the final decision is his, in accordance with the rental contract.
