Paris is a city synonymous with art and while today the great avant garde artists of the past have found their way into the hallowed halls of the Musée d’Orsay or the Louvre, they were once honing their craft in the ateliers of Paris.
Paris’ art community is still thriving in the light-filled studios and creative enclaves of the city and during popular portes ouvertes (open days) the artists of Paris throw open their doors and invite art-lovers into their inspiring workspaces. This autumn, discover the latest creations emerging from the city’s ateliers at Ménilmontant, a thriving artistic community bursting with colour and creativity – perhaps you’ll discover a future Picasso at this 23rd edition of its Portes Ouvertes event.
Ateliers de Ménilmontant
